These are our terms of service so you are aware of age requirement, legal disclaimers, warranties, and an order fee which includes: shipping, packaging, and insurance. Our refunds/returns policy and our privacy policy is also stated below. These can also be accessed at checkout, but they are here so you can view them before hand.



By placing an order the buyer represents that they are of legal age and that the items ordered will be used in a lawful manner.  We assume no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us.  It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased.  We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by governmental / inspection agencies.  Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.  It has always been our goal that our customers are completely satisfied with every purchase they make with us.  Therefore, all of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties or conditions of title, or implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.  Any warranties mentioned in a given item's description are provided by that given manufacturer, and any repairs or modifications must be taken up with and provided by that given manufacturer, not is not responsible for printing or typographical errors.  Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

INSURANCE is included in all shipments.  Should something happen in transit, feel confident that any claim you may have to make to a common carrier is supported by insurance for the value of your purchase.

SHIPPING NOTES:  Please allow a period of 72 hours for order processing after the final payment has been received.  A Shipping & Handling Fee of $15.00 is applied to all orders. This Handling Fee is necessary to cover costs allowing us to maintain our high standard of packaging. 


You must request a return for refund within 10 days of the ship date.  No refunds after 30 days. Each return MUST have a RMA number ("Return Merchandise Authorization" number).  This is the number will provide you when you request a return.  Please write down the RMA number on the outside of the box (or part of the address label) when you return your merchandise.  If you receive the wrong product, request a RMA Number and send it back to us.  If you received damaged goods, file a claim with the delivering carrier (the delivering carrier will inspect the package before you return it), and then request a RMA.  If you changed your mind and want to exchange the product for another one, we can do this with no problem, simply request a RMA and return the item to us.  The product must be unopened and unused.  Because of our extremely low profit margins, we must charge you shipping for the second shipment even if you originally received free shipping.  A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns if the return is a result of your error or change of mind.

One RMA number can only be issued for each shipment/invoice.  If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request a separate RMA number for your returns.  When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages.  You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side.  The shipping fee is non-refundable.  Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost.  Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.

PRIVACY POLICY is committed to maintaining your privacy and will protect the personal information you provide online.  We will never sell or provide any of your information to any third party.  Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of all customer information.  For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems which have restricted access and are located in controlled facilities.  When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number or password) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential.  Do not share this information with anyone.  If you are sharing a computer with anyone you should always logout before leaving a site or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users.  Personal information is accessible only by authorized staff and contracted personnel designated to handle online complaints or requests.  All authorized agents and contractors with access to personal information obtained by are bound by agreement to adhere to all policies and guidelines.
